Review for Melia Puerto Vallarta:

The room was brand new, featuring a full bathroom and complimentary soap, along with a king-sized bed that made for a truly enjoyable stay. the location was fantastic, with excellent restaurants nearby and easy access to the city center....  

The room is reasonably priced. The location is in a great and phenomenal spot very close to the beach. It offers excellent services and has an incredible breakfast choices. Staff is kind and energetic and you can park your car on site. ...  

The service was welcoming with parking onsite. The staff were experienced and knowledgeable and the location was wonderful here on the beach...

The location was marvelous and beautiful, conveniently close to the Oh Canada Eh Dinner show. the room was bright and fairly quiet, featuring a private safe, mini-bar, and iron. Everything was good, and the staff were awesome and...  

Our room had a very comfy bed and a pleasant view. The hotel staff was really friendly, not annoying. The location was stunning, at walking distance from Marina Vallarta. The restaurant onsite was good! The service here was attentive. All the facilities were clean.

New-fashioned melia room, extremely comfy beds. Great services, including a delicious breakfast and nice pool.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel's attentive staff. the Melia room we stayed in was brand-new and featured a comfortable bed. It created a relaxing atmosphere and offered exceptional service. the food was great, simply brilliant! :).

The location is good because it's in a good area

hotel needs to be renovated and given a few improvements. There are a lot of details that are neglected and one of those is the bad smells. 7 days the smells of sewage were intense. I don't know why, in the elevator it was constant. food can also raise the level, there is a lack of fruit, juices are mostly synthetic and drinks are of poor quality. It is not the all inclusive that I expected for that price, hotel has lost category. There's a lot of room for improvement. restaurants can hardly ever be booked or have very limited schedules where if you arrive before they are never there and 5 minutes later they are gone. I had to insist a lot with the room because they did not give me one in conditions and with the characteristics that I had been charged. I was quite annoyed with that and I had to get angry. They did not give me a room with a double bed as I requested. There were too many details that did not satisfy me. pasta one night was literally "burned" with an unpleasant taste and my friends complained. They were told it was smoked spaghetti. bad taste was intense. it left us with a bad taste. cakes in the restaurant by the pool seemed to be out of date! desserts were of poor quality and changed coloring.. the same dessert. I repeat: fruit and fruit desserts are conspicuous by their absence.

Very good location with beach, always super clean, unfortunately very few beds in it to enjoy it. The waves are not suitable for children. Good breakfast with many options, although they could improve the seasoning. The treatment of children and activities for them very good. Facilities throughout the hotel are child friendly. A real all inclusive, we practically don't take out our wallets except to tip and we never miss a single drink in the whole stay. In general the staff is very friendly. Amenities for the young children in the Kids &Co room were very useful during the stay and they loved them. Highly recommended for families with small children.

My Kids & Co. room was not brightened up when I arrived, even though I arrived half an hour after Check-in. Insufficient beds on the beach. At check-in we were told that they would bring cookies for the kids every afternoon and it was never like that. They should increase the age coverage of the children at Kids&Co to 6 years since they still value those details.

The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful advice and suggestions. We enjoyed a fantastic location that was just a short walk from the beautiful Niagara Golf Trail. the hotel was situated in a nice, peaceful area.

The food was usually good and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed it.

Didn't like having to fend off people who were trying to sell something all the time, or always getting weird fees attached to the bill.

The setting was marvelous, just a short walk to the pool and beach area, as well as the restaurant, spa, and Marina Vallarta. We enjoyed 4 days in a premium room with an amazing view and a jacuzzi. the hotel staff was very helpful.

Although it is much more of a family resort (ideal for kids), it happened to be a very restful 2 day stay. Hotel staff extremely professional and kind. Very good quality and variety of food.

This place had a great location near the marina, the staff were very attentive and caring, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, where we even had a room with a bathtub.

The service offered was great.
